Considering Beginning Jungian Psychoanalysis?

Beginning analysis is often a decision people consider for a long time before reaching out. Taking that first step can feel uncertain.

A 15-minute clinical consultation provides an opportunity to discuss what brings you here, and to ask questions about the process.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, creative blocks, or a deeper sense that something in your life wants attention, analysis can provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted while exploring these experiences with curiosity, honesty, and care.

Meaningful change often begins when we feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted.
